Latest Update: 2nd Lockdown

In line with the latest Government guidance, our in-home appointments will continue to take place up to and after the second lockdown begins on Thursday 5th November.

Any appointments that are already booked, and due to take place after the 5th November, will still go ahead unless you are advised otherwise by us, or cancelled by yourself. This applies to both appointments with our consultant for measures, or our fitting team for installations. There is no need to contact our customer services team unless you would like to cancel your appointment.

Showrooms

Our showrooms will close at the end of Wednesday 4th November, and will reopen in accordance with Government guidelines, which is currently believed to be around the 2nd December. For more information about when our showrooms will reopen, keep an eye on this page for updates.

We've made some big changes to the way we work.

Our customers and colleagues have been at the heart of our business for nearly 30 years now, so we've made some important changes to the way we operate in order to keep everyone safe. Strict social distancing rules have now been put in place, and our staff are fully equipped with disposable masks, gloves, shoe covers and alcohol-based sanitising gel for your peace of mind.

Keeping you safe

We are now back open and taking enquiries for new orders, measuring up and quoting..We've outlined below the main changes we've made in order to ensure we can work safely in our customers homes, as well as our factory.

How will we keep safe during a home measuring appointment?

  • Firstly, our advisors will only come to work if they, and the rest of their household, are free from symptoms of coronavirus. We'll call you on the day of your appointment to check that you and any members of your household are also symptom-free. Appointments can be easily rearranged if this is not the case.
  • A strict 2m social distance will be maintained throughout your appointment.
  • Our advisors will have all relevant safety equipment, including masks, gloves, shoe covers and hand gel for your safety and peace of mind.
  • Anti-bacterial wipes will be used to clean any surfaces that he may have come in contact with during your appointment.
  • Fabric samples can be delivered to your home prior to your appointment to reduce contact with our sample books.
